Status and Legitimacy of Media and Communication Research
Welcome to an afternoon’s discussion on the status and legitimacy of Media and Communication Research, from three interesting perspectives; one more liberal-arts one more market-oriented, and one more political. The three panellists are Git Claesson Pipping, Chair of SULF and researchber att Södertörn University, Thomas Karlsohn, Theory of Scientist from University of Göteborg that has written about media, bildung and university education, and Claudia Rademaker, researcher on the effects of advertisement and media at the Stockholm Buisness school.
The discussion will be followed by a Award ceremony – the new FSMK award for best dissertation. And the day finishes with buffet dinner. All free for FSMK’s members. Join us now!
